The Belrose Eagles are a Rugby league team based in the suburb of Belrose in Sydney's Northern Beaches. Founded in 1955, the club has fielded both junior and senior teams in the Manly-Warringah district competitions and, since 2005, the semi-professional NSWRL Jim Beam Cup competition in NSW, Australia. Their colours are red and gold. After returning to the A Grade competition in 2009, the Belrose Eagles were 2009 Premiers. In 2013, Belrose joined the Sydney Shield competition and in their inaugural year claimed the premiership. Belrose were also Premiers in the A2 Manly Warringah Rugby League Competition led by captain coach Scott Hanley in 2013 topping of a fantastic year for the club. ==Notable Juniors== Noted current players include Peter "Pappa pump" Delaivuna, Shannon "Ram man" Cameron, Mailangi Styles, Tim "Test match" Gee, Matt "Mumbles" Forrest, Jimmy "Mullet" Curtis, Lee "Top Sort" Cameron, Brandon "Winger In" Scott, Cory "No Legs" Forrest, Tom "Rowdy" Bitmead, Andrew "Give Us A Smile" Needham, Martin "Danny Weidler" Cooke, Joey "Johns" Cudmore, Dave "USA Tomohawk" Marando, Steve "Horse" Carew, James "Morton" Mortimer & Richie "Carpenter" Plumber Tony "Shoulders" Ballard, Darren Bradstreet.
